Thomas Russell, PE
Chief Executive Officer

Tom's experience spans more than 50 years in the oil and gas industry including design, manufacturing and installation of oil and gas processing equipment as well as teaching, consulting, management, and sales.

Glenn E. Russell
President

With over 15 years experience in the oil and gas industry, Glenn has gained extensive knowledge including project engineering, management, budgeting, sales, mechanical design, procurement, project specifications, shop fabrication, acceptance testing, delivery, and field installation.

Matthew Russell, PE
Executive Vice President, Engineering

Matt's experience spans more than 25 years in a very wide range of projects.

Education

  • B.S., Maritime Systems Engineering, Structural Option, Texas A&M University, 1985

Project Experience

  • Experience in estimating, project management, pressure vessel design, pipe stress analysis, foundation and structural design, purchased equipment selection, pipe pressure drop and flow regime prediction, corrosion studies, and management.
  • Involved in design, fabrication, installation and startup assistance.
  • Plant types include: amine treating, membrane, TEG, mol sieve and silica gel dehydration, fractionation, reformers, crude topping and desalination, straight refrigeration, cryogenic, and sulfur removal.

Publications

  • “Combined Corrosion Effects of H2S and CO2 on Stainless Steel” presented at a GPA Convention and a NACE Convention.

Lamar Seale
Vice President, Sales

Lamar brings a considerable depth of understanding of the industry to help his clients meet their unique business needs using his more than 30 years of considerable experience.

Gary Lowe
Design Manager

With over 30 years experience in the oil and gas industry, Gary has extensive knowledge in mechanical design, applications, estimating, piping design, and management.

  • Involved in various aspects of gas processing from chief draftsman, and project coordinator to applications and design manager.

Neal Russell, E.I.
Vice President, Design/Quality Assurance

With over 10 years of experience in the pipeline, oil, and gas industry,
Neal has gained extensive knowledge in pressure vessel, structural and piping mechanical design, heat exchanger design, project engineering, management, and field installation. His skills include all phases of plant development, heat exchanger rating, and mechanical design in accordance with industry codes and standards.

  • Colorado School of Mines, Golden Colorado Engineering Physics, five semesters

Project Experience

  • Managed dehydration, cryogenic, amine, and refrigeration projects for customers including Chaco, Universal Compression, ExxonMobil, Williams, Washington Group Intl., and Tom Brown Inc., in addition to standardized stock refrigeration units.
  • Responsibilities include all phases of project management from estimating, scheduling, HAZOP, and procurement to fabrication, installation, and start-up assistance

Jerry Leonard
Vice President, Operations

Jerry’s experience in the oil and gas industry began in 1967, after he left the army. By 1977 he was a construction foreman for T.H. Russell Co., and in 1980 he took over as their Construction Manager.  In 2000 Jerry moved to Tulsa as Shop Manager for T.H. Russell Co., where he stayed until he joined Thomas Russell Co. in 2003.

Michael D. Pollard
Chief Financial Officer

Mike has applied his impressive knowledge of accounting and finance to the industry for nearly three decades.

  • Joined T.H. Russell Co. in 1976 and served as Vice President, Treasurer, and Controller before retiring in June 2003
