  Project Management

An experienced project manager is assigned to each job.  He or she is responsible for all phases of the project, and is the client's point of contact throughout the job.  The Project Manager coordinates:

Completion of the P&IDs
Material and equipment specifications
Bidding and vendor selection of major equipment 
Scheduling using Microsoft Project and Excel software
Preparation of field construction bids and drawings
Quality assurance of all fabrication and construction 1
Shop fabrication and field construction 2
Plant start-up and commissioning 3

The project Manager draws on the various staff engineers for their expertise in each phase of the project.

Notes

1)  A quality assurance specialist will be responsible for the actual shop and field inspection, reporting to the staff mechanical engineer.

2)  Field construction is subcontracted to a qualified firm familiar with the demands and resources of the jobsite area.  We provide a Construction Supervisor to work with the subcontractor and coordinate the work with the main office.

3)  We provide a team of start-up technicians including the following disciplines:

        a.  Process Engineer

        b.  Mechanical Engineer

        c.  I&E Technician
