Prior to joining Thomas Russell Co., Lamar put his engineering and sales expertise to work for a wide range of companies and their clients including Arco, Horizon Distribution, Inc., Hydrafab Inc., Edward Jones, and as a Representative for T.H. Russell Co. nationwide, based in Houston, Texas from 1989 to 1999.
