Vice President of Engineering Design
With over 10 years of experience in the pipeline, oil, and
gas industry, Neal has gained extensive knowledge in pressure vessel,
structural, and piping mechanical design, heat exchanger design, project
engineering, management, and field installation. His skills include all phases
of plant development, heat exchanger rating, and mechanical design in accordance
with industry codes and standards.

Engineering Physics, five semesters
Project Experience
Neal has managed dehydration, cryogenic, amine, and
refrigeration projects for customers including Chaco, Universal Compression,
ExxonMobil, Williams, Washington Group Intl., and Tom Brown, Inc., in
addition to standardized stock refrigeration units. Responsibilities include
all phases of project management from estimating, scheduling, HAZOP,
purchasing, and procurement, to fabrication, installation, and start-up
assistance.
